How to book transfer?
A:
It is easy! Go to our Booking page, enter the pick-up city and drop-off city, insert your date and time of transfer and then click on 'Find Transfer'' button. You will have to pick a car for your transfer, and fill in your details. A confirmation message will be sent to your Email address within 24 Hours of your order.

How to cancel/edit my order?
A:
If you wish to cancel/edit your order, please Contact Us and we will help you, please do not forget to provide your Reference Number provided in your voucher.

Q:

How will I meet my driver?
A:
For airport transfers, the meeting point is described in your voucher. For other transfers, our driver will meet you in the pick up address that you provide while booking transfer.

Q:

What happens if my flight delayed?
A:
If your transfer is from the airport, our driver will use the Flight Number you have provided in your to monitor your arrival time, our driver will pick you on your arrival time.

Q:

What to do if I can't find my driver?
A:
Our driver will meet you at the predetermined meeting point. The information of how to contact our driver in this case is described in your voucher. In case you can't meet our driver, please contact us on the phone number provided in your voucher.

Q:

Is the price for the car or per passenger?
A:
The price is for the car. It doesn't depend on the number of passengers. Each vehicle type is provided with passenger and standard luggage capacity information. The child seats are paid separately.

What is your smoking policy?
A:
Suppliers operate a no smoking policy in all vehicles.

Q:

Do I need to tip the driver?
A:
The price paid does not include gratuities. It is customary to give a tip if you feel the service has warranted this. However, this is entirely at your discretion.

Q:

When is your earliest pick-up at the airport ? And Your latest?
A:
Private shuttle service runs 24/24 7/7. However, please note reservations made less than 24 hours in advance or for After-Hours (9 PM to 7 AM), or during Shabbat and Jewish Holidays will be charged an extra of 10%.
